His titles include 2004 and 2007 Winter X Games Champion and was named the #1 halfpipe rider in the United States by the FIS ranking system. Originally from the Twin Cities, Steve traded in city life for Breckenridge's coveted mountain lifestyle in 2003. He prizes the area for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and easy access to hundreds of hiking and biking trails right outside his front door.
